Opened in 1999 this life-care, senior living community on 22 acres on the border of Old Greenwich is owned by Benchmark Senior Living. There are 200 one and two-bedroom apartments, some with dens, and several other larger floor plans. There are approximately 300 residents. There are also 20 assisted-living suits and 60 nursing-care beds which offer rehabilitation, long- and short-term, respite care and hospice care. The Assisted Living area as well as rooms in Skilled Nursing can accommodate nonresidents on a temporary (week to week) basis.
